Project Manager
POSITION SUMMARY
- We are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Business Analyst / Technical Project Manager to support the SRE and Platform Operations team for a leading Asset Management client. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical foundation, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in high-pressure production environments. The role also focuses on operational governance, incident management, analytics, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project & Operational Governance
- • Manage projects, governance activities, and operational initiatives end-to-end
- • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of operational priorities
- • Conduct governance meetings, sprint ceremonies, operational reviews, and status discussions
- • Track project risks, dependencies, timelines, and action items
- • Stakeholder & Client Management
- • Act as a liaison between client stakeholders, engineering teams, SRE teams , and leadership
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS
- • 3–8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, Production
- Coordinator, or similar role
- • Experience working in SRE, Platform Operations, Production Support, or DevOps environments
- • Prior exposure to BFSI / Capital Markets / Asset Management domain preferred
- • Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams is an advantage
- • Strong understanding of production support, platform operations, and incident management
- processes
- • Knowledge of capital markets and trading lifecycle is preferred
- • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, etc.
- • Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar workflow management tools
- • Good understanding of SQL, Excel, dashboards, and operational reporting
- • Exposure to APIs, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and release management practices
- • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operational priorities effectively
- • Exposure to automation and AI-driven operational improvement initiatives is preferred
