# Position Summary
The candidate will be handling the role and responsibilities of a support engineer working in rotational shifts closely with third party as well as in-house tools and applications. You will be a part of a fast-paced environment collaborating with application developers and other teams like infrastructure to resolve issues and ensure uptime for applications within stipulated SLA’s. In this role, you will be providing front line support to our clients, triage and analyze technical issues encountered in different applications & platforms. You are expected to play a vital role by identifying opportunities for improvement and automation followed by implementation of efficient solutions along with iterative learning of functional and business functions.


# Experience and Required Skill Sets
- Minimum 2-year experience working as Support Engineer/ Sr. Support Engineer.
- Prior experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, ELK, SolarWinds, AppDynamics, Grafana etc.
- Knowledge of cloud-based (preferred AWS) platforms and configurations.
- Experience with Python and exposure to coding/scripting or automating manual tasks.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Windows servers.
- Attention to detail, curiosity and experience in troubleshooting issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical problems to non-technical cohorts.
- Collect, triage and troubleshoot production support incidents and follow documented standard operating procedures.

- Maintain and create documentation and knowledgebase to act as SOP’s for other members of the team and empower clients to self-resolve issues.
- Utilize analytical skills in determining the root cause of problems, demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements.
-  Excellent communication skills backed by technical skills that allow you to own production support issues and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues within designated SLAs.
-  Work on the user queries and monitoring requests raised by business users providing timely updates to concerned stakeholders.
-  Ability to work with cross-functional teams and partner with development and support teams globally.

- Familiarity with test-driven code development and SCM tools such as Git.

Technical Application Support Engineer

# Position Summary
We are seeking energetic motivated and experienced Sr SDET engineer with expert in depth knowledge on automation frameworks and tools. In this role you will be owning the assigned products/applications, creating, and maintaining automated tests, making enhancements to automation frameworks and interactions with clients to ensure quality deliverables. As a Sr SDET Engineer you will utilize your experience to perform highly complex product testing and automation activities. You will also play a key role in the development of teams by providing others with direction and leadership. You will ensure quality of the product not limiting to your modules and will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring juniors to deliver their best. The candidate is expected to be well versed in Core Java. The candidate must have good hands-on knowledge on automation using Selenium or Rest Assured on Java and is expected to be well versed in the internal implementations of test frameworks. This is a client facing opportunity and strong communication skills is a must.


# Experience and Required Skill Sets
- 3-8 years of experience in Manual & Automation Testing.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java including (Data Structures, Collections).
- Expert at automation using Selenium, Rest Assured, Appium or UI path.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one of the frameworks like TestNG/Junit/Cucumber BDD/Karate.

SDET- Selenium/Java 

# Position Summary
As a developer in our Platform team, you will be joining a team of enthusiastic engineers who set out to deliver secure infrastructure that directly impacts core-business outcomes. Our team is a mix of software engineers and system engineers, and our projects range from building web applications to automating server deployment and configuration. We are looking for someone who strongly desires to stay ahead of the curve and help build centrally managed developer experience tools. We use GitLab for CICD and operate the pipeline as a code approach for deploying applications, databases, and AWS Cloud. On any given day, you'll participate in short, high-energy sprints focusing on projects such as creating a zero-maintenance environment, expanding our current features, and moving critical services into AWS. Our team aims for a high standard, so you will participate in regular demos to showcase prototypes, teach new libraries, or demonstrate a project you've completed.


# Experience and Required Skill Sets
- Build scalable and resilient self-service applications and services.
- Enhance the CICD experience by adding new capabilities to deploy workloads and databases faster and safer. 
- Troubleshoot and fix CICD pipeline issues. 
- Contribute to CICD technical strategy. 
- Perform on-call duties supporting application development teams. 
- 9+ years’ experience working in application development.
- 5+ years' experience with GitLab or equivalent CI/CD tools. · 
- 3+years of experience in building applications using Java (Spring Boot) and NodeJS.
- Knowledge in CI/CD concepts, building, testing, and deploying applications in various languages is required.
- Experience in Linux fundamentals and any scripting language - Python, Bash.
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with dynamic objectives.
- Ability to continuously learn, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision.
- Experience in building pipeline-as-code is a plus.
- Experience with PowerShell is a plus.

DevOps (CICD)

# Position Summary
This position is for a DevOps engineer who will be working with third party as well as in-house tools and applications. You will work in a fast-paced environment with platform engineers, financial developers, application developers and technical support engineers to develop new platform capabilities and integrations as well as refactoring and maintaining client’s existing suite of Platform Engineering tooling. The ideal candidate should be highly self-motivated, innovative and dedicated to fostering strong client relationships while maintaining a high level of delivery quality. A continuous focus on improving existing processes, procedures, and applications is also necessary for this role. Exceptional communication and coordination skills are critical in order to successfully integrate various functions in a cohesive manner, ultimately ensuring the satisfaction of the customer.


# Experience and Required Skill Sets
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry is required.
- Strong software development skills and fluency - Python and at least one of the following languages: JavaScript, C, C++, Golang. 2+ years hands-on experience with Linux servers (Ubuntu/RedHat Enterprise Linux).
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure and DevOps tools like Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration and SCM tools such as Git.
- Proven experience building solutions on and developing integrations to public cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) & services.
- Knowledge of monitoring and log aggregation tools such as Grafana and Prometheus, ELK.

- Refactor, review and remediate bugs and issues in client’s existing platform codebase.
- Research industry best practices and emerging technologies to ensure that we continuously deliver the best value.
- Develop proactive monitoring solutions to identify and troubleshoot problems.
