POSITION SUMMARY

  •  Manage all stages of the recruitment process for both clients and candidates.  Sourcing candidates for open positions  Conducting detailed job boards and database searches  Researching and networking to find appropriate candidate matches and contacting these potential matches  Using social media sites and events to generate contacts.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Major responsibilities of the profile, but not limited to, shall be:
  •  Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates in comparison to client requirements.
  •  Coordinating Technical interviews with the US/India team and maintain communications and update all the parties involved via email/phone as required.
  •  Upload resumes and all other details in the Share Point portal against the requirement.
  •  Format the resume and present shortlisted candidates to manager/clients with their key skills and all the info on the candidates as per the requirement.
  •  Preparing candidates for interview with clients.
  •  Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore team.
  •  Weekly meetings with India offshore team with a status update, discuss requirements as per the priorities, reset the focus as per the requirement need.
  •  Manage and handle issues of the offshore recruitment team.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS

  •  4+ years of professional US IT Recruitment experience.
  •  Expertise in using various sourcing methods including traditional job boards, networking, web mining, cold-calling, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  •  High level understanding and screening capability in various technologies/tools
  •  Experience working with direct client requirements
  •  Positive attitude to thrive in an aggressive and highly competitive environment.
  •  Demonstrated ability in hiring candidates across geographies within the US
  •  Good understanding of US Staffing, HR and contracting process, pay rates etc.
  •  Experience in W2, C2C, and Contract to hire positions.
  •  Ability to work on multiple requirements and source quality profiles.
  •  Self-motivated, passionate recruiter with hands on experience in IT Technical Recruiting for US staffing Market.
