  • • Apply advanced statistical and analytical techniques to derive meaningful insights, and communicate findings through clear data visualization and storytelling.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILL SETS

  • • 4-9 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI, or Data Analytics, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Sigma Computing (essential).
  • • Expert-level SQL and advanced proficiency with a cloud data platform such as Snowflake or Databricks, with proven Snowflake production experience.
  • • Deep working knowledge of Sigma capabilities: input tables, dynamic text, actions, parameters, and complex Sigma formulas.
  • • Solid understanding of Sigma licensing and capabilities, with strong hands-on experience creating large, optimized reports end-to-end and applying performance-tuning techniques for scale.
  • • Experience building and scaling reporting environments end-to-end, with a solid understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling and BI/reporting best practices, plus familiarity with data governance, security, and role-based access controls.
  • • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience training and mentoring teams and operating effectively in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment
  • GOOD TO HAVE
  • • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools for advanced BI and comparative reporting insight.
  • • Tableau spreadsheet modeling and advanced functionality (date, string, and numeric calculations, geo codes for map layouts, etc.).
  • • Experience with Sigma's embedding features, or migrating legacy BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI) to Sigma.
  • • Finance domain background or knowledge is a plus
