Geminisoft Solutions seeks in Creve Coeur, MO and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to architect scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, Mobile, Database, Kafka, and Mainframe-based Greenscreen applications. Design and implement high complexity cross platform automation for multi-day trading lifecycle validations. Drive application resilience by simulating infrastructure disruptions using Chaos Monkey or Gremlin for fault-tolerant design validation. Develop and execute performance test strategies leveraging JMeter and LoadRunner for throughput, latency, and capacity validations. Build mobile automation frameworks for iOS and Android platforms using Serenity-BDD, Appium, and Kobiton for cloud-based execution. Establish coding standards, software quality benchmarks, and conduct code reviews across multiple Agile delivery teams. Lead metrics-based quality governance covering Tech Debt, in-sprint automation, Defect Leakage, and Root Cause Analysis. Contribute to GitHub Copilot adoption by defining AI-assisted development patterns and reusable quality components. Must have a Master’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field, plus one year of IT experience with RESTAssured, Selenium, and Serenity BDD. In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree or (foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field, plus five years of progressive post-baccalaureate IT experience. The five years must include one year of experience with RESTAssured, Selenium, and Serenity BDD. Domestic travel and relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the US may be required up to 25%, based on business needs.
